Shipping & Delivery Info

Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive another notification when your order has been prepared that provides tracking information. 

 If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@sprucetoronto.com with your name and order number, or reply to your order or shipping confirmation and we will look into it for you. 


GTA DELIVERY:

We offer delivery within the Greater Toronto Area for a delivery fee is $7 or free on orders over $50. Delivery days are Monday to Friday.

You will receive an email or text confirmation as soon as your order is ready for the courier that includes tracking (check your spam!).

PLEASE leave detailed instructions on where to leave package if no one is home.*

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

SHIPPING: 

We offer $10 flat-rate shipping across Canada via ICS Courier or $15 flat-rate with Canada Post. We ship via several carriers - usually ICS Courier or Canada Post you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped (check your spam!). If you live in a building without concierge or entry system, please select Canada Post as the courier may not be able to enter for delivery.

PICKUP: 

We are currently offering pick-up at our Pop-Up location at 100 Sorauren Avenue in Toronto. Look out for additional pick-up options coming soon.
 

PACKAGING
Orders are packed in Spruce shopping bags (local delivery) or boxes depending on delivery type. Note: our logo appears on packaging. If special packaging is required, please let us know in the notes at check-out.

We are more than happy to deliver gifts! Just let us know in check-out: we will not include the invoice, and add a satin ribbon. You can purchase a card and leave instructions for a message or we offer complementary note cards. Remember: Any questions or concerns just text or call us. We are happy to help!
