Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive a notification when your order has been prepared that provides tracking information. (Check your junk mail!)
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@sprucetoronto.com with your name and order number, or reply to your order or shipping confirmation and we will look into it for you.
Flat-Rate Shipping:
We offer $10 flat-rate shipping in Canada via UPS or $15 flat-rate vis Canada Post Expedited. Please provide detailed delivery instructions including contact phone, entry/buzz code, concierge, safe-drop location, etc.
Pick-Up:
We offer pick-up at our Hamilton Studio location (249 King Street East) during regular business hours.
Packaging:
Orders are packed in unremarkable or re-used boxes / packaging with a Spruce logo sticker. We do our best to ensure each item is packed with care and use recyclable or recycled materials.
Note: our logo appears on exterior packaging. If special packaging is required, please let us know in the notes at check-out.
