Let loose! Make it easy on yourself this weekend and try mixing some batch cocktails to keep it simple (and super delish).
This is a very “loose” recipe - meaning you can pretty much do what you like with it. Want it sweeter? Add more lavender syrup. Like it less fizzy? Add less soda. Want it more like sangria? Add some St. Germaine soaked fruit. Just keep tasting as you go and when you’re happy with it, it’s done!
This is also a great recipe for ditching the wine and using a non-alcoholic alternative like flavoured soda or The Grove from Seedlip Drinks.
Lavender Lemon Batch Wine Spritzer
1 bottle white wine (preferably unoaked and fresh)
5 - 8 oz Split Tree Lavender Lemon Syrup (to taste)
Freshly sliced peaches (frozen are great too if you’re serving in a punch bowl or drink dispenser)
500ml Club Soda 500ml (to taste)
Lavender Sprigs (fresh only) if available
Instructions: Add all ingredients except lavender to a large (1.5L or more) pitcher and stir gently to combine. Add additional syrup, wine, soda to taste until you are happy with it. Add ice, frozen fruit and/or store in fridge. Serve over ice and garnish with lavender sprigs.
